Tres-Or’s lead project is the Duvay Gold Property located in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt approximately 17 km northeast of Amos, Quebec ( www.tres-or.com ). The Duvay project presents excellent potential for hosting either a near surface, bulk-tonnage gold deposit or an Archean shear-hosted gold deposit. The Abitibi belt is known as a well-established mining district having produced several multi-million ounce gold mines.

QUICK FACTS ABOUT THE DUVAY GOLD PROJECT

• Advanced gold project, staged exploration underway for establishment of NI 43-101 resource estimates

• A 100% option agreement and control in over 4,900 hectares of claims

• Visible gold showings & historic drill samples of up to 402 g/t Au.

• Detailed structural mapping, sampling & high resolution ground magnetic survey confirms gold mineralization occurs over an 800 m in strike length at the Duvay main shear zone

• Completed approximately 2000 metres (13 holes) of drilling targeting major shear zones and fault structures identified by Tres-Or’s recent mapping and sampling programs

• Bulk testing program to account for coarse gold is underway. Ten bulk test pits permitted, & designed to yield at least 10 tonnes of finely broken rock to process for coarse gold and a sulphide concentrate.

According to government reports, visible gold was discovered at the Duvay site in the late 1930’s and include historic drill samples of up to 402 g/t Au. Gold mineralization at Duvay is associated with a northwest trending shear zone and intersecting northeast faults. The property hosts very large zones of intense carbonate alteration (dominantly ankerite) with quartz stockworks. Native gold occurs on the property as well as disseminated pyrite, chalcopyrite, sphalerite and minor galena. Several gold occurrences have been previously defined on the actual Duvay claims and in its immediate vicinity. The Duvay gold deposit contains a previously reported historical, non-43-101 compliant, estimated tonnage of 6,657,187 tonnes at 2.06 g/t gold (MRNF 1991, SIOGEM Duvay-Zone Principale, 32C/12-0004).

Tres-Or’s recent completed field work includes detailed structural mapping, a high-resolution ground magnetic survey and preliminary modeling of the Duvay main zone. Structural mapping has identified intersecting compressional and extensional deformation zones in the heart of Tres-Or’s Duvay property associated with historical high-grade gold sample results. Tres-Or’s sampling confirms gold mineralization occurs over more than 800 m strike length within the dominant shear zone at Duvay. The structural intersections are priority target areas for Tres-Or’s recently completed 13 drill hole program (2,000m) and bulk testing programs. Some of the best reported bulk sample results from two tests in 1986 include 1.10 g/t gold from 1008 tonnes and 2.81 g/t gold from 1194.4 tonnes. Tres-Or’s staged exploration focuses on the establishment of a gold resource compliant with National Instrument 43-101 reporting standards.

About Tres-Or:

Tres-Or Resources Ltd. (TSX Venture Exchange: TRS) is a Canadian resource company exploring gold and precious metal deposits in the heart of Canada’s gold producing region, the Abitibi Greenstone Belt. The experienced team of professionals has proven success in exploration through to development. Tres-Or has established a substantial foothold in the gold industry not only because of their geological expertise and prime projects located within the prolific gold belt but also because they are uniquely positioned for growth and new discoveries. Tres-Or’s gold projects continue advancing with staged exploration confirming their potential for new gold discoveries.

Cautionary Note concerning Historical Resources

Tres-Or Resources Ltd. has not verified the classification of the Duvay property resource under National Instrument 43-101 and therefore the above-quoted figures are reported as an unclassified historical resource estimate. Resource estimates prepared under reporting codes other than National Instrument 43-101 should not be relied upon to conform to current standards and definitions. Furthermore, readers are cautioned that mineral resources are not economic mineral reserves and that the economic viability of resources has not been demonstrated. Historical unclassified resources are considered too geologically speculative to have any economic considerations applied to them. It cannot be assumed that all or any part of a historical mineral resource will ever be upgraded to a higher NI43-101 category.
